Today's salute is a bit different. Today Atlantis launched for the final time (unless something good happens) and while I wasn't too fond of the 2.5 hour trip in and the 4 hour trip back home. It was worth it..

It's depressing to think that in just a few short months this will all be over and the shuttle program will become past tense and soon take its ranks in with the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo programs.
