'Buddy Days'

So Buddy aka "Cake Boss" was in the house for the Food and Wine Festival this weekend..
Here are 2 of the 3 desserts from the 'Sweet Sundays' event- all I can say is

Amazing... and I really don't like his show but I would've loved some cake

So after working the festival for a few days decided to try a few booths-
So far the winner is the Pork Slider from Hawaii (AMAZING!)


Biggest disappointment goes to my former fav Greece.. Portion size went from great deal to not even worth it..

Yes that is sushi and yes I enjoyed it. After being recently introduced to sushi- I had to try it and really enjoyed the spicy tuna roll...

Didn't love it as much as 2 years ago but much better than last years dish!

Cupcake Conspiracy?

The "official" birthday cupcakes they sold on Oct 1- Which people waited in line excess of 20-30 min to get and officially sold out before 3 pm since they only made a few thousand..


Guess they decided they were popular.. Found these yesterday and were about 50 cents cheaper (so I've been told- I didn't buy one) than the 1st version..

I still prefered DLR's 50th cupcakes and those were FREE!
