What am I not thankful for? The amazing (and not so amazing..) people in my life that either bring joy and happiness or really good stories..
The ability and resources to be able to photograph memories to share with others and have them appreciated all over the world.
Decent health and comfort that lets me enjoy life by allowing me to have everything I need and most of what I want-

Kennedy- Post Shuttle
This was the first time post shuttle I'd been to KSC and it made for some good changes and some not so good... I took the new 'Discover KSC' tour which was very interesting. We stopped less than a mile from launch pad 39A which has now been decommissioned from use-
Inside the VAB- What an amazing building! It's huge! Just visualizing the Apollo rockets in here was hard to believe they filled almost the whole space!
Endeavour getting ready to become a showpiece. I'd prefer to still see them flying but being less than 10 feet away was amazing and glad they will be appreciated by the public soon enough
Work has already begun on Atlantis's new home outside the Shuttle Launch Experience. I do look forward to the new exhibit.
It was weird seeing the display complete and hard to believe 30 years of shuttle flights can be so neatly presented and hard to talk about them in the past tense.

I have new 'bling' and I'm thankful for the ability to earn said 'bling'

The ability to visit Kennedy Space Center and to run the Space Coast 1/2 tomorrow morning (which should be interesting as I can not get rid of this head cold..)

That months of anticipation are over and the gingerbread tree is almost done! Looks amazing (and it's not 100% done yet!)and knowing all the hard work and dedication that went into it makes it that much more special this year :)

The ability to pick up extra hours as well as the ability to work in a variety of different locations (which was followed by walking down an empty lit Sunset and following the last people out walking down Hollywood (making this an 'allowed' shot as the park was not empty ;))
